The Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority (MKAA) is seeking a Director of Human Resources. Under the general direction of the President, the Director of Human Resources is responsible for the overall direction of activities related to defining, developing and directing the implementation of human resource initiatives, including but not limited to recruitment, labor cost management, total rewards systems, compliance, employee relations and HR data/technology for the Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority.
