Montgomery County, TN is soliciting applications for a Director of Human Resources.  The position is responsible for the direction and coordination of all of the Human Resources functions of Montgomery County Government in accordance with the policies and practices, the ethical and social consciences of business and society and the laws, regulations and administrative rulings of governmental organizations and other regulatory and advisory authorities and organizations. This position involves administering human resources policies, programs and practices including planning, organizing, developing, implementing, coordinating, and directing.
