The Metro Nashville Public Schools is seeking applicants for the position of Manager of Employee Relations. The position is responsible for resolving disputes between workers and managers; negotiating collective bargaining agreements; coordinating grievance procedures to handle employee complaints and monitor employee and organizational compliance with labor agreements. Bachelor's degree in a related area and HR certification preferred (SHRM-SCP). The candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years applicable employee relations experience including experience working with bargaining units. A legal background preferred.
