The City of Chattanooga has a vacancy for a Compensation Analyst. The individual selected will provide specialized compensation expertise and are responsible for administering the City's classification and compensation program, and providing compensation guidance. Duties include providing job analysis, job evaluation and salary reviews to ensure internal equity; reviewing and approving compensation related personnel transactions; conducting periodic salary surveys to measure external equity; providing salary budget increase recommendations and consulting with department management on classification and compensation issues.
