The City of Hendersonville, TN is accepting applications for a Human Resources Manager. This position is responsible for directing and overseeing the human resource function of the city government, including research, planning, safety, recruitment, selection, training, labor relations, classification, compensation, benefits, worker’s compensation, wellness and compliance.
Minimum requirements are a bachelor’s degree in a related field, (masters a plus) and a minimum of three to five years’ experience exempt level in government related HR management. Valid TN driver’s license or ability to obtain same. Possession of or ability to obtain appropriate certification in HR Management.
