The Office of Diversity Programs at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville invites applications for a full-time Coordinator I. Reporting to the assistant director of Diversity Programs, this position is responsible for the development and management of enrichment programming focus on areas of recruitment and retention for underrepresented students within the College of Engineering. Primary duties and responsibilities include: administration of grant and college programs, developing metrics and reports, decisions making on student multi-level (i.e. academic, financial, career, etc.) issues, supervisory decisions of student staff, and administrative decisions in absent of the assistant director.
