The City has a vacancy for a Human Resources Specialist.  The position will perform a variety of responsible duties associated with all facets of the departmental operations including recruitment and placement, employee relations, performance appraisals, risk management and benefits administration.  The position reports to the Director of Human Resources.

Salary Range: $16.45hrly/$34,210 Annually
