This position is responsible for assisting with the direction and oversight of the human resources function of the city government as well as oversight of the risk management and other compliance functions. It is classified as exempt and the entry salary for this position is $4805 per month; actual starting pay will be dependent on qualifications.
Minimum requirements are a bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of two year’s related work experience; Valid TN driver’s license or ability to obtain same. Possession of or ability to obtain job related appropriate certification(s).
Preferred qualifications: local government work experience; safety related
