The City of Germantown, TN is recruiting for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will coordinate HR policies and programs with emphasis on recruitment, workers compensation and other areas, insuring that the organization is in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In addition, the HR Manager works closely with the Director of Human Resources in developing, implementing and evaluation ongoing HR policies, programs, functions and activities. The HR Manager also assists with the safety efforts and acts as co-chair for the safety committee. Will serve as one of the City’s contact tracers with responsibility for reaching out to employees who have been exposed to COVID-19 and providing health education and guidance to interrupt ongoing disease transmission.
