2023 Middle TN Membership Meeting

This is the Middle TN Membership meeting. The meeting will be held in the City of Franklin at the Eastern Flank Event Facility, 1368 Eastern Flank Circle, Franklin, TN  37064. The Eastern Flank Battlefield Park is the former site of the Battle of Franklin and consist of 110 acres.  The Eastern Flank Event Facility is located at the park and offers indoor and outdoor event space.

After continental breakfast and a short business meeting, a presentation will be made by Mr. Herman Smith, Director of Engagement for the Tennessee Department of Human Resources.  In this role, he oversees the strategic direction to drive measurable improvement regarding engagement and retention throughout the State of Tennessee.

What constitutes a positive employee experience? In this session, we’ll discuss 3 main factors that impact the workplace, how they influence employee perspective, and practices to engage, motivate, and retain your employees.

These are the issues our speaker will address in his interactive session.

• Identify tools that gain employee perspective and insight
• Highlight practices that promote employee engagement and retention

The fee to attend the Membership meeting is $15.00 for members.  The fee to attend for non-member is $20.00
