Registration

• Exhibitors – $500.00
  The registration type is for exhibitors only. Registration must be received before March 15, 2019. You are afforded one full conference registration. You may also bring an additional staff person for a reduced registration fee.
• Exhibitors - After April 1st – $600.00
  The registration type is for exhibitors after April 1st. Registration must be received after April 1, 2020. You are afforded one full conference registration. You may also bring an additional staff person for a reduced registration fee.
• Exhibitors - Between March 15 and April 1st – $550.00
  This registration type is for exhibitors between March 15th, 2020 and April 1st, 2020.
• Sponsor 1 - Platinum – $3,500.00
  The registration type is for sponsors only. Registration must be received before April 12th, 2020. You are afforded one full conference registration, a promotional insert in the conference tote bag, a complimentary exhibit booth and a conference registration list.
• Sponsor 2 - Gold – $1,500.00
  The registration type is for sponsors only. Registration must be received before April 12th, 2019. You are afforded one full conference registration, a promotional insert in the conference tote bag, and a conference registration list.
• Sponsor 3 - Silver – $900.00
  The registration type is for sponsors only. The sponsorship includes sponsorship of Networking Breaks on Wednesday and Thursday. Registration must be received before April 12th, 2020. You are afforded a promotional insert in the conference tote bag, and a conference registration list.
• Sponsor 4 - Bronze – $750.00
  The registration type is for sponsors only. This sponsorship includes either (1) Zip-drives or (2) Pre-conference activities. Registration must be received before April 12th, 2020. You are your brand imprint on each item, and a conference registration list.
• Sponsor 5 - Honorable Mention – $375.00
  The registration type is for sponsors only. The sponsorship includes Pre-conference Breaks on Tuesday and Wednesday. Registration must be received before April 12th, 2020. You are afforded a conference registration list.
• Staff Registrant – $200.00
  This registration is for any vendor who wants to bring an additional person to staff the booth. (Includes all meals and events.)
• Staff Registrant (After 4/1/20) – $225.00
  This registration is for any vendor who wants to bring an additional person to staff the booth. (Includes all meals and events.)
