2019 East TN Membership Meeting

This is the West TN Membership meeting.  Speakers for the event will be Mr. Scott Lindsey.  Scott is currently an HR consultant specializing in sexual harassment avoidance and an insurance broker specializing in workplace benefits for local government, school systems, and small businesses. Mr. Lindsey was also Executive Director of Employee Relations for Metro Nashville Public Schools.  Scott will provide insight from his experiences with Metro Nashville into the value of conducting sexual harassment investigations and some of the obstacles that can get in the way. 

Additionally, our own Executive Director, Richard Stokes, will provide an update on two new issues affecting cities: The Barry Brady Act and Employee Parking under IRS Codes.

HRCI and SHRM credits will be awarded.

Lunch will be provided.
